What are your Fees? How long are sessions?

Sessions are 225 for 50 minutes. I offer limited sliding scale spots.

Do you take Insurance?

I am in-network with Aetna.

How do I pay?

Through Ivy Pay, a secure HIPAA-compliant app.

How often would we meet?

Weekly to start-that’s where the real momentum happens. After a few months some clients move to every other week, depending on where they are in the process.

Is therapy in person or THrough Telehealth?

Both. I see clients in person in my West Hollywood office, and virtually throughout California.

HOW LONG WILL THERAPY LAST?

It depends. Some people come with a specific goal I mind and feel ready to wrap up within a year. Others are doing deeper work and stay longer. We’ll talk about it as we go-there’s no pressure either way.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

I request that cancellations be made 24 hours before your appointment or the full session fee will be charged.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT AT MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?

We’ll get to know each other. I’ll ask about what’s bringing you in, a little about your background, and what you’re hoping for. You’ll get a feel for how I work, and we’ll figure out together if we’re a good fit. There’s no pressure and no commitment required.
