Hi, I’m Arielle.
If you’re the kind of person who holds everything together on the outside while quietly wondering why you still feel so anxious, so hard on yourself, or so disconnected from what you actually want- you’re exactly who I work with.
I’m a licensed therapist based in West Hollywood with over 10 years of experience helping women untangle the patterns that keep them stuck.
My approach is warm, relational, and depth oriented-meaning we don’t just manage symptoms, we get curious about what’s underneath them.
Most of my clients are self-aware high-functioning women who’ve tried to think their way out of how they feel. Therapy with me goes a little deeper than that.
I believe that therapy is most effective when it’s built on a strong connection between us. Our sessions are aimed around providing you with a comfortable and supportive space to get clear on what you’re wanting and needing out of life and the barriers to getting there.
I integrate evidence based and creative trauma-informed approaches that go beyond analyzing thoughts. Together, we’ll use tools and exercises that tap into the mind-body connection, imagination, and present-moment awareness. These methods can help you move past deeply-rooted blocks and create lasting change in your life and relationships.
Whether you’re looking to overcome shame, build self-compassion, or finally break free from patterns that no longer serve you, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
