Hi, I’m Arielle!
I’ve been a therapist for over 10 years and I love what I do.
I believe that therapy is most effective when it’s built on a strong connection between us. Our sessions are aimed around providing you with a a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space to explore what you want and the barriers to getting there.
My approach is warm, intuitive, and emotion-focused. I hold the belief that your current challenges were once coping mechanisms that helped you survive. By reframing these patterns with compassion and curiosity, we can create space for transformation and healing.
I integrate evidence based and creative trauma-informed approaches that go beyond analyzing thoughts. Together, we’ll use tools and exercises that tap into the mind-body connection, imagination, and present-moment awareness. These methods can help you move past deeply-rooted blocks and create lasting change in your life and relationships.
Whether you’re looking to overcome shame, build self-compassion, or finally break free from patterns that no longer serve you, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
